Monica L. Regan of Grapevine, Texas, formerly of Vicksburg, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, in Monroe, La.  She was 45.

She was an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, a member of the Concord Church of Dallas and a former member of the St. Mark Freewill Baptist Church in Vicksburg. She was a 1987 graduate of Vicksburg High School, a 1998 graduate of Hinds Community College School of Nursing, and a graduate of Jackson State University.
