Funeral services for Monica L. Regan will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 2014, at Greater Grove Street M. B. Church with the Rev. Ronald C. Regan Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 2 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Ms. Regan of Grapevine, Texas, formerly of Vicksburg, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, in Monroe, La. She was 45.

She was an employee of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, a member of Concord Church of Dallas, and a former member of St. Mark Freewill Baptist Church in Vicksburg. She was a 1987 graduate of Vicksburg High School and a 1998 graduate of Hinds Community College School of Nursing. She was a 2003 graduate of Jackson State University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ernest and Julia M. Warren Regan Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Johnnie and Clara Jenkins and Leon and Willie Mae Davis.

Survivors include her daughters, Regan M. Williams of Lewisville, Texas, and Kiarra M. Wilson of Grapevine, Texas; father, Andrew Jenkins of Jackson; father, Harold L. Davis of San Francisco; mother, Beverly Regan Jenkins of Vicksburg; brother, Ronnie Newton of Vicksburg; sisters, Angela Jenkins Love of Jackson and Calandra Jenkins of Ridgeland.
