Otis James Sr. died Friday, Dec. 12, 2014 at Central Mississippi Medical Center following a brief illness. He was 67.
Mr. James was retired from Waterways Experiment Station and a Vietnam War veteran with the U.S. Army. He was a member of Travelers Rest M.B. Church.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete with W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.
