Hazel Crutchfield died Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015, at River Region Medical Center. She was 85.

A lifelong resident of Vicksburg, she was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Philip, and her brother, Willie Leist Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Ellen Bishop and Brenda Rippy, both of Vicksburg; sons, Jimmy and Tommy Crutchfield, both of Vicksburg; sister, Carolyn Ashley of Vicksburg; four brothers, Fred Leist, Sid Leist and Dorman Leist, all of Vicksburg, and Charles Leist of Memphis; 11 grandchildren, three step-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, at Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Billy Brumfield officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation will be from noon Thursday until the hour of the service.

Pallbearers will be Dale Stewart, Wayne Bishop, Gabe Crutchfield, Jesse Crutchfield, Delvan Irwin and Billy Leist.
