Funeral services for Florence King will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2014, at W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Elder Ronald Waters officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Ms. King died Saturday, Jan. 31, 2015, at Oak Point Nursing and Rehab Center of Baltic, Ohio. She was 88. She was a retired schoolteacher and nurse. She was a Jehovah’s Witness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Pearl Winger; son, Lloyd Chambers; brothers, John Winger and McKinley Winger; and sister, Josephine Winger,
Survivors include four sons, Luther Chambers of Baltic, Arthur L. Chambers of Chicago, and Rollen King and Broderick King, both of Vicksburg; daughters Millie Chambers of Las Vegas, and James Etta Stewart of Chicago; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
