ROLLING FORK — P.D. Sherrod Jr., formerly of Hollandale, died Monday, Feb, 9, 2015, at G.V. “Sonny” Montgomery Veterns Medical Center in Jackson. He was 77.

Survivors include a son, Carlton Sherrod of Los Angeles; two daughters, Aisha Sherrod of Panama and Tina Sherrod of Arizona; three sisters, Jessie Sherrod of Los Angeles, Dorothy Chambliss of Hammond, Ind., and Carolyn Tillis of Anguilla.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 15, 2015, at Sonflower Church in Rolling Fork with Pastor Casey Sorrels officiating. Burial will be at Sanders Memorial Cemetery in Hollandale.
