Megan Stewart had an RBI single and Warren Central used a pair of errors to score three unearned runs in the top of the sixth inning and beat Cathedral 6-3 Tuesday night.

Katie Channell went 2-for-3 with a run scored for Warren Central, and Morgan Stewart was 1-for-3 with a run scored, stolen base and an RBI.

Cathedral’s Mackenzie Watts was 2-for-4 with two RBIs, both on a single in the fourth inning that gave the Green Wave a 3-2 lead.

Franklin County 5, Vicksburg 4

Vicksburg High gave up four unearned runs, including one in the fifth inning that proved to be the winning run, and lost to Franklin County on Tuesday.

Briana Knox tripled, walked and drove in two runs for the Missy Gators, who couldn’t come through in the clutch. They left runners on third base three times, including in the sixth and seventh innings.
