Funeral services for John E. “Gee” Wallace will be 11 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2015, at the Vicksburg Auditorium with the Rev. Rhagi White officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Wallace died Thursday, March 11, 2015 at River Region Medical Center. He was 44.

He had worked for the Heritage House Nursing Home for more than 20 years and was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Eddie Jeff Bradley, and his mother, Julia Ella Glass-Wallace; and brothers Robert Lee Wallace and KeWayne Wallace.

Survivors include his brother, Eddie “Bo” Wallace of Augusta Ga., 5 sisters, Christine Johnson of Fayette, Sandra Boone of Marina, Calif., and Joy Wallace Mobley, Laura Wallace and Tremetra Wallace, all of Vicksburg; and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
