Justice Court Judge Jeff Crevitt set bail Wednesday, and Gabriel was in the Warren County Jail Wednesday night.
Gabriel was arrested after the sheriff’s office received a report of a child younger than 12 being “touched inappropriately by an adult,” Pace said.
