The Vicksburg Post recently added two members to its staff; members whose faces are likely very familiar to those who live in Vicksburg and Warren County.

Diann Moffett and Lacey Leist have joined The Post’s sales team, offering advertising and marketing solutions to area businesses and organizations.

“Both Diann and Lacey have come in with great attitudes and have the passion we are looking for in wanting to help our business partners succeed in their marketing efforts,” Post advertising manager Angela Ross said.

Moffett is a Vicksburg native, and brings to The Post years of sales experience with her work at Marcus Furniture and Furniture City.

Moffett, a Warren Central alum, is married to the Rev. Will Moffett. The couple has three children and five grandchildren. She is a member of Travelers Rest Baptist Church.

Leist, also a native of Vicksburg, graduated from Warren Central High School and joins The Post after working the past few years in the insurance industry.

Leist, who continues to take classes at Hinds, is the daughter of Billy and Cami Leist of Vicksburg. Billy is the owner of Leist Plumbing in Vicksburg.

“It is important for us, when looking for people to join our team, to find those who have the desire to help their clients succeed,” Ross said. “Not only do Diann and Lacey have that desire, but they do so having grown up and lived in Vicksburg and Warren County. That is a fantastic combination.”
