The driver of the Dodge Tara Holloway, 52, was taken to University of Mississippi Medical Center, he said.

Holloway was listed in good condition Wednesday morning, according to a hospital spokesperson.

The driver of the Ford Mary Kackley, 27, did not report any injuries.

Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said Mississippi Highway Patrol was in charge of investigating the accident because it happened on a state highway.

“Our role was to assist the injured and manage traffic until the troopers arrived,” he said.

Mississippi highway patrol is conducting an investigation on what happened, and at the time of interview no citations had been issued.
