Olivia Coleman Williams died Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at Forest Hill Nursing Home in Jackson. She was 93.

Mrs. Williams was born Sept. 6, 1921, to the late Mr. Ira Coleman and Lillian Coleman in Tallahatchie County.

She was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church  and joined King Solomon Baptist Church. She was married to the late Ernest Hamp Williams.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Cornelius Coleman, Earnest Coleman, Eddie Coleman, Ardell Coleman, Della Coleman and Beatrice Coleman.

Survivors include her niece she reared as a daughter, Margice Coleman Gibson of Jackson; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2105, at King Solomon Baptist Church, 1401 Farmer St., with the Rev. R. D. Bernard officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home with family present from 6 to 7 p.m., and Saturday at the Church from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
