Guns, TVs missing in burglaries

Two televisions and five guns were missing following a burglary reported Thursday in the 6100 block of Oak Ridge Road.

At 9:25 p.m., a 32-inch TV, and 46-inch TV, a Remington Model 870 shotgun, a single-shot 12-gauge shotgun, a Remington 7800 rifle with synthetic stock, a Connecticut Valley Arms muzzleloader, and a .38-caliber pistol were reported stolen from the home, according to Warren County sheriff’s records.

A Brandon man and a Warren County woman were held in the Warren County Jail without bail for the Mississippi Department of Corrections.

Roger Curtis, 32, 8 Sanctuary Court, Brandon, was held for a probation violation and Jennifer Jo Lee, 34, 202 Central Drive, was held on a warrant for absconding from a restitution center and probation violation, according to jail records.

 

Window shot out on Nailor Road 

Deputies were seeking for clues Friday after a window of a home was shot out Thursday.

At 11:30 a.m., the homeowner returned to the house in the 2300 block of Nailor Road had been shot out. A bullet was found in the floor of the home, according to Warren County sheriff’s records. No one was home at the time of the shooting.
