Thomas Ivan Foster died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015 at the Merit-Health River Region Medical Center. He was 45.

A lifelong resident of Vicksburg, he was formerly employed at Cappaert Manufactured Housing as an electrician and carpenter.

Survivors include two daughters, Kacey Filiptsov of Vicksburg and Ariel Foster of Moss Point; son, Thomas “T.J.” Foster Jr. of Vicksburg; mother, Zelda Kackley of Vicksburg; father, James Foster of Vicksburg; sister, Lanita Foster Wilson of Vicksburg; two brothers, Mark Foster and William Galan Foster, both of Vicksburg; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at later date.
