Footman finished with 274 yards rushing and was 3-of-7 passing for 71 yards. He rushed the ball in the end zone four separate times and scored twice in the air. Warford added another 93 yards on the ground with three attempts.
On the other side of the field, Austin Howard and Deonte Shorts combined for 5-14 for 40 yards. Jarrad Hayes and Gregg Pittman combined for another four passes for the Jaguars.
The Braves defense was able to get around the Tigers offensive line to bring Howard done for three sacks and a loss of 20 yards.
Tillery finished the game with 151 rushing yards on 32 carries.
He led the Jaguars on the ground followed by Malcolm Crocket adding 91 yards and Shorts just recording 12.
Alcorn more than doubled the total number of yards against Southern earning 555 to the Jaguars 260. Of which, the Braves accounted for 484 yards on the ground. They also made 6-of-7 extra point attempts after having two blocked against Grambling two weeks ago.
