Jimmy Lee Rowster

Funeral services for Jimmy Lee Rowster will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, 2016, at House of Peace Worship Church with pastor Linda Sweezer officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Rowster died in Milwaukee at St. Francis Hospital.  He was 45.

He was a self-employed contractor and a member of Evergreen M. B. Church of Floweree.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alberta Shelley Rowster; and his sister, Valarie Shelley Jefferson.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Faye Rowster of Milwaukee; four sons, Jimmy Lee Rowster Jr. of Biloxi, and Jaquan White, Jaylen White and Jevontae Rowster, all of Milwaukee; three daughters Aaliyah White, Joslin Rowster and Janae Rowster all of Milwaukee; four brothers, Lee Caine Shelley of Greenville, and Lamar Shelley, Timmy Earl Rowster and William Earl Rowster, all of Vicksburg; seven sisters, Celestine Shelley Bynum, Gail Shelley Davis and Jo Ann Atlas, all of Vicksburg, Jacqueline Shelley Fields, Linda Faye Rowster and Doristene Banks, all of Memphis, Tenn.; 5 grandchildren, and nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
