JACKSON — Martha Faulkner, 86, a loving mother, retired seamstress and sales associate with JC Penny, died of natural causes Tuesday, March 8, 2016 in Baton Rouge, La.

Services are 11a.m., Monday, March 14, 2016 at Peoples Funeral Home. Interment will be at Garden Memorial Park Cemetery in

Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home with a friends and family hour beginning at 5p.m.

Mrs. Faulkner was a longtime active member of Epiphany Lutheran Church, and her neighborhood and community groups.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Huey P. Faulkner; and her son, Lavandus Faulkner.

She is survived by three daughters, Frankie Pellerin, Phyllis Phillips and Melba Kennedy; and one son, Larry Faulkner.

Geraldine Jackson

PANTHER BURN — Geraldine Jackson died March 1, 2016, at her home in Anguilla. She was 46.

Survivors include a son, Akeem Singleton of Mississippi; and three daughters, Andea Jackson of Champaign, Ill., and Amanda Jackson and Aliyah Jackson, both of Anguilla.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016, at Bethlehem M.B. Church Panther Burn with the Rev. Leon Minnifeld officiating.

Burial will be at Oakridge Cemetery in Hollandale under the direction of Mitchell L. Walker Funeral Home of Rolling Fork.
