Richard Lee Fortune died Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at his home. He was 61.

Mr. Fortune was the son of the late Lee and Daisy Whatley Fortune of Redwood, and was employed with Chaney Oil Company for many years.

Survivors include two brothers, Aaron Fortune and Mike Creighton; and two sisters, Lola Creighton and Nora Jean Ingram.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, 2016 at Solid Rock Pentecostal Church, 4945 U.S. 61 North, with Brother Bill Talbert officiating.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of service.
