In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday, March 25:

-Michael Todd Nevels, 31, 1844 Culkin Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years to serve followed by five years probation, $1,500 fine, $2,200 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Nevels was indicted July 2014.

-Samuel Hunter Anderson, 21, 9777 U.S. 61 South, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to four years to serve followed by five years probation, $1,300 fine, $1,200 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Anderson was indicted in October 2015.

-John Allen White III, 33, 500 Youngton Road, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to four years to serve followed by five years probation and completion of the Mississippi Department of Corrections drug and alcohol program, $1,500 fine, $200 restitution and $384.50 in costs. White was indicted in October 2015.

-Richard Wayne Pittman, 43, 1601 South St., pleaded guilty to sale of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to three years to serve followed by five years probation, $2,000 fine, $300 restitution and $684.50 in costs. Pittman was indicted in October 2015.

-Jarvis Ledell Bowman, 31, 925 Polk St., pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to two years to serve followed by completion of a Mississippi Department of Corrections restitution center and five years probation, $1,500 fine, $8,200 restitution and $384.50 in costs.

-Levi Branch III, 23, 1501 Great St., pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property and possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 163 days time served followed by five years probation, $1,000 fine, $1,082.50 restitution and $769 in costs. Branch was indicted in May 2015 and January 2016.

-Russell Gene White, 59, 100 Jones Road Lot #15, pleaded guilty to burglary of a dwelling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 141 days time served followed by competition of a Mississippi Department of Corrections restitution center and five years probation, $1,500 fine, $8,000 restitution and $384.50 in costs. White was indicted in January 2016.

-Lashawn Elizabeth Montgomery, 38, 404 Locust St., pleaded guilty to three counts of uttering a forgery and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 42 days time served followed by five years probation, $1,000 fine, $1,300 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Montgomery was indicted May 2015.

-Barry Luvell King, 43, 1503 Dana Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon after felony conviction and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to two years house arrest followed by three years probation, $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. King was indicted in October 2015.

-Megan Sheree Clanton, 23, 171 Falk Steel Road, pleaded guilty to possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years probation, $1,500 fine, $200 restitution and $384.50 in costs. Clanton was indicted in January 2016.

-Leon Steward, 62, 2671 Old Memphis Oxford Road, Coldwater, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to three years probation, $1,000 fine, $200 restitution and $884.50 in costs. Steward was indicted in July 2014.

-Derrick Lemont Jordan, 34, 323 Lakehill Drive, pleaded guilty to non-residential burglary and grand larceny and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine, $10,200 restitution and $384.50 in costs.

-John Bradley Qualls, 26, 1215 Grammer St., pleaded guilty to two counts of sale of controlled substance and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,500 fine, $200 restitution and $984.50 in costs. Qualls was indicted in October 2015.

-Charles Angelo Bailey III, 30, 1329 South St., pleaded guilty to domestic aggravated assault strangling and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Bailey was indicted in July 2014.

-Robert Jordan, 43, 500 Parker Drive, pleaded guilty to two counts of prescription forgery and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine and $384.50 in costs. Jordan was indicted in October 2015.
