Robert Curtis, 58, was shot multiple times while standing on the street in the area of 2nd North and Bodley streets around 10:15 p.m. Monday night, Williams said.

“He is in good condition,” she said Thursday.

Curtis was taken by ambulance Monday night to Merit Health River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg and transferred to University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Williams said.
