In Warren County Circuit Court for the week ending Friday, April 1:

-Donyea Javon Lyons, 19, pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary of a dwelling house and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 12 years to serve followed by 10 years probation, $2,000 fine, $1,000 restitution and $384.50 in costs.

-Zachary Allen Brooks, 19, was found to have violated the terms of his sentence to the Ninth Judicial Court District Drug Court Program and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to the Mississippi Department of Corrections long-term alcohol and drug treatment program and a MDOC restitution center until $3,231 is paid in full followed by five years probation.

-Markee Antoine Thompson, 21, was found to have violated the terms of his non-adjudicated probation and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to a restitution center until $5,084.50 is paid in full followed by the remainder of his five years probation.

-Quentin Lamar Taylor, 24, was found to have violated the terms of his non-adjudicated probation and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to a restitution center until $3,007 is paid in full followed by the remainder of his three years probation.

-Monica Elaine Hicks Ishmael, 38, pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny-motor vehicle and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to the Ninth Judicial District’s Drug Court Program, $1,000 fine, $2,000 restitution and $1,609.50 in costs.

-Amy Bradshaw, 39, pleaded guilty to burglary of an outbuilding, motor vehicle larceny and possession of a stolen firearm and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to the Ninth Judicial District’s Drug Court Program, $1,000 fine, $2,000 restitution and $1,309.50 in costs.

-Jimmy Eugene High, 33, pleaded guilty to two counts of larceny-motor vehicle and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to the Ninth Judicial District’s Drug Court Program, $1,000 fine and $1,609.50 in costs.

-Kristopher Mark McKay, 34, 3 Dogwood Heights, pleaded guilty to embezzlement and false pretenses and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to five years probation, $1,000 fine, $5,659.44 restitution and $769 in costs.

-Willie Gene Qualls, 43, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to two years probation and $210.75 in costs.

-Devin Carey Parker, 19, 2606 Old Highway 27, pleaded guilty to three counts of malicious mischief and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine, $7,642 restitution and $584.50 in costs.

-Dillon Shane Parker, 19, 2606 Old Highway 27, pleaded guilty to three counts of malicious mischief and was sentenced by Circuit Judge M. James Chaney to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine, $7,642 restitution and $584.50 in costs.

-Angela Smith, 39, pleaded guilty to uttering a forgery and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick to 60 months non-adjudicated probation, $1,000 fine, $2,022.62 and $384.50 in costs.
