Rochella Taylor Garrison of Vicksburg died Wednesday, April 20, 2016, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center following a brief illness. She was 61.

She was a homemaker and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and had worked as the registrar for the emergency room at Mercy Hospital for 13 years.
