EDWARDS — Debra D. Pollard Smith died Friday, April 15, 2016, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. She was 46.

Mrs. Smith was an employee at JC Penney.

Survivors include her husband, Lorenzo Smith; sons Jermy, De Ande and Joshua Smith; daughter, Sharenna Smith; mother, Ora Lee Pollard; and one grandson.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016, at New Oak Ridge Church in Edwards with the Rev. K.C. Frazier officiating. Burial will be at Rohelia Church Cemetery in Utica.

Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Westhaven Funeral Home in Jackson
