Funeral services for Earl Mae Jeffery will be 1 p. m. Sunday, May 9, 2016, at Mount Zion M. B. Church, with the Rev. Charlie Blackmore officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Dillon-Chisley Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, and Sunday at the church from noon until the hour of service.

Ms. Jeffery died May 4, 2016, at the home of her son. She was 91.

A lifelong resident of Redwood, she was a homemaker and member of Mt. Zion M. B. Church, where she served on the mother board. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Warren County Baptist Association, and Homemakers’ Association,

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rileigh and Alberta Jeffery; and one sister, Maggie Louise Reed.

Survivors include four sons, Clifton Jeffery Sr., Ernest Jeffery, Rufus Jeffery and Donald Jeffery, all of Vicksburg; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and other relatives.
