Funeral services for Robert “Ghostbuster” Collins will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 28, 2016, at W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home with the Rev. E E Gibbs officiating. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Collins died Thursday, May 19, 2016, at Merit Health Central Mississippi Medical Center. He was 58.

He had worked for the city of Vicksburg as a dump truck driver and was a member of the Triumph M. B. Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Benton Ross Jr.; his grandparents, Benton and Mittie Ross Sr., and Jack and Willie Mae Collins.

Survivors include his mother, Daisy Ross of Vicksburg; six brothers, Kenny Ross, Jeffery Ross, Tyrone Ross and Benton Ross III, all of Vicksburg, Angelo Ross of San Francisco and Jason Ross of Atlanta; sisters, Bernice Collins, Shirley Humes, Wanda Demby and Jackie Green, all of Vicksburg, Patricia Wright, of Arlington, Texas, Carla Conley of Sanchez, Texas, and Tiffany Good of Byram.
