Elizabeth Ruth Ozborne died on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, at Specialty Hospital in Meridian. She was 85.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, at Frank J. Fisher Funeral Home.
