Services for John H. Dillard will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2016, at the House of Peace Worship Church International Vicksburg with apostle Linda Sweezer officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, from 1 to 6 p.m. at the chapel at House of Peace Worship Church International Vicksburg with the family present 5 to 6 p.m. Burial to follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funerals & Cremation of Rolling Fork.

Mr. Dillard died Dec. 20, 2016, at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery V.A. Medical Center. He was 70.

Mr. Dillard is preceded in death by his father, Alfred Dillard Jr.; three brothers and one sister.

He is survived by his mother, Bessie Dillard; two sons, John Dillard Jr. and Justin Dillard; three daughters, Valerie Watkins, Vanessa Lawrence and Vicki Crowe; three sisters, Bessie Funches, Marilyn Dillard and Linda Sweezer; two brothers, James Dillard and Perry Dillard; and three grandchildren.
