A Warren County man faces a charge of sexual battery involving a child under the age of 16 after his arrest Friday at the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Martin Pace said.

He said James Earl Lee, 49, 8270 Halls Ferry Road, turned himself in to investigator Stacy Rollinson Friday morning at the sheriff’s office. He was later released on $25,000 bond.

Pace said the arrest involved an incident that occurred in May.

He declined to discuss other details of the case because of the victim’s age.
