Mary Eulalia Hunt Field, 78, died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017.

She was the daughter of the late Ray and Catherine Margaret Hunt.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bill; two sisters and her grandson, Justin Ryan Field.

She was a lifelong member of St. Paul Catholic Church and alumni of St. Francis Xavier Academy in the Class of 1957. 

Mary worked 30 years in Human Resources, first at Letourneau, then Westinghouse and Cooper Lighting.

She is survived by four children, Bill Jr. (Donna), Ray (Susan), Kirby (Leigh Ann) and Cathryn “Winkie” (George Hudson); eight grandsons, Brandon Field (Ali), Trey Field (Melanie), Joseph Quimby (Hollye) Rob Quimby, Hayden Quimby, Caleb Field (Kristina), Corey Field, Ryan Field; and two granddaughters, Amanda Hudson and Sarah Hudson. Mary is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, Mary Courtland Field, Joshua Field, Jane Reynolds Field, William J. Field IV, Mary Virginia Field, David Field, Audrie Marie Quimby, Hunt Quimby and Jackson Davies.

Private family services were under the direction of Riles Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Brandon Field, Trey Field, Joseph Quimby, Rob Quimby, Hayden Quimby and Ryan Field. Honorary Pallbearers were Marie and Louis Renaud and Shirley Farish.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Catholic Church or charities of choice.
