Paulette Honeycutt Womack

Paulette Honeycutt Womack passed away Oct. 26, 2017, at her home in Utica. Paulette was born on May 2, 1950, to Elzie Franklin Honeycutt and Hettie Lucille DeLoach Honeycutt.

She grew up in the Wolf Lake area in Yazoo City and graduated from Louise High School in 1968.

Paulette worked for the FBI, United States Army Corp of Engineers, and the Bechtel Corporation during the construction of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Power Station.

In 1984, she became the Victim Witness Coordinator for the United States Attorney’s Office, the Southern District of Mississippi in Jackson. She retired in 2012 after 28 years of service.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, William Warren Womack “Billy”. She is survived by her children, Morgan Elizabeth Womack and William Cody Womack; and her sisters, Joann Brock of Tupelo and Linda Hill of Beebe, Ark.

Visitation is Nov. 1, 2017, from noon to 2 p.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home in Vicksburg with service starting at 2 p.m. Interment will be at Cayuga Cemetery directly following service.
