Eddie James Burns died Jan. 21, 2018, in Vicksburg. He was 28.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018, at Belmont Church 4446 Charlie Brown Road, Utica, at 1 p.m.

Repose will be at the church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at New Zion Baptist Church 8188 Halls Ferry Road.

Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, from 5 to 7 p.m. at C.J. Williams Mortuary Services. Eddie James Burns was preceded in death by his father, Clyde D. Burns Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Liza Burns; three sisters, Shemeka Burns, Teenesha Burns and Tiffany Rogers; a brother, Clyde D. Burns Jr., seven nieces; four nephews; and a host of other relatives.

Services have been entrusted to C J Williams Mortuary Services.
