A Warren County man was being held in the Warren County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond charged with fourth-offense DUI.
Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace said the charge against David Ogan, 44, 1112 Choctaw Trail, was arrested Tuesday at his home by deputy Connie Ricketts. The charge stems from a Jan. 17 wreck in which a 2001 Ford truck driven by Ogan collided head-on with a 2014 Nissan Altima driven by Andrea Kitchens.
Both were taken to Merit Health River Region. Authorities obtained a search warrant to draw blood for blood alcohol analysis. Pace said the blood test showed Ogan’s blood alcohol was above the legal limit. A records check revealed Ogan had three prior arrests for DUI.
In another case Delzione Gleese, 26, 4920 Halls Ferry Road, was arrested by Vicksburg police on a grand jury warrant charging him with possession of a stolen firearm.
