Search continues for armed robbers

Vicksburg police are continuing their search for two men who robbed the Circle K convenience store at 4888 U.S. 61 South early Friday morning.
Police received a 911 call about 6:39 a.m. Friday that the store had been robbed.
According to police reports, witnesses said two men robbed the store at gunpoint. The first man wearing a black shirt, gray or blue pants and brown shoes with a white shirt covering his head came in the store displaying a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes.
The second man, wearing a black hoodie with black pants and a black shirt across his face, came in behind the first person. He also did not make any demands, but displayed a handgun.
A store video shows one of the men ordering the store clerk to open the cash register and then reach across the counter to take the money from the till.
The men got away with an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes. They ran off on foot into a wooded area behind the store. No one was injured.
