Sidney “Buddy” Ragsdale passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at Baptist Medical Center. He was 82.

Mr. Ragsdale is survived by his three children, Deborah Shafer, Karen Spivey and Russell Ragsdale; three grandchildren, David Spivey, Nikki Herring and Alyssa Totoro; sisters, Martha Benson, Barbara Stevens and Bertha Kolb.

He is preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, and sister, Halley Jo Ragsdale.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
