Mrs. Lillian “Lynette” Shelby died on Jan. 21, 2019, at Merit Health River Region Medical Center. She was 87.

She is survived by her daughters, Carol Pownall (Ron) and Kitty Kennedy Nelson (Joe); four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren

Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 24, 2019, at Glenwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Highland Baptist Church in Memory of Lillian Shelby.
