Kamien Kierre Navarre Carter passed away on Feb. 8, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. He was 26.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2019, at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery under the direction of Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Friday, Feb. 15, 2019, at the funeral home from 1-7 p.m. with family present from 6-7 p.m.
