Newman and Wing to wed March 30

Theresa and Fredrick Newman of Charlotte, North Carolina, announce the engagement of their daughter, Madelyn Ray Newman, to Benjamin Tyler Wing, the son of Joy Wing of Vicksburg and Michelle and Doug Wing of Jackson.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Fredrick and Myra Newman and Shirley Harman, all of Tampa Florida and the late Michael Hartman.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Luck Wing of Oxford, the late Mae Wing, the late Jim Lawrence “Lucky” Chow, Sr. and the late Mary Chow.
Miss Newman is a 2009 graduate of Charlotte Catholic High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelors of Art in Economics and Anthropology.
She is employed as director of product and customer marketing at Callrail.
Mr. Wing is a 2006 graduate of Warren Central High school and a 2010 graduate from Mississippi State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management, Insurance and Financial Planning.
He is employed as a senior underwriting specialist at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
The wedding will be held at 2 p.m. March 30, 2019 at the Cathedral of Christ the King in Atlanta, Georgia. A reception will follow at the Wimbish House.
