Number of confirmed cases in state crosses 200, still none in Warren County

Mississippi State Department of Health officials reported Sunday the number of positive COVID-19 coronavirus cases in the state now stands at 207. There are still no confirmed cases in Warren County or Claiborne County.
The 67 new cases were reported across 33 counties.
While there have not been any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Warren County thus far, The Post does know of a number of tests that have been taken and submitted. The Mississippi State Department of Public Health has not provided a county-by-county breakdown of testing thus far.
Local leaders have announced a 2 p.m. press conference that The Post will carry on its Facebook page live to discuss the next steps being taken to slow the spread of the virus.
