The West Mississippi Hunting Retriever Club recently hosted their annual two-day hunt test at Silver Creek Equestrian Center.
The test included more than 200 retrievers.
While typically held at Mahannah Wildlife Management Area in February, the event was postponed due to flooding and moved to July.
The retrievers entered were placed in three categories, started, seasoned, and finished, depending on their skill level.
Each retriever competed in tests that were on the water and on land, with a varying amount of marks, or ducks, to retrieve in each category.
United Kennel Club (UKC) Championship points are awarded following the test.
