A celebration of life has been scheduled for Pastor Barbara Caples Roberts Saturday, Oct. 3, 2020, at the Vicksburg City Auditorium at 10 a.m.

Pastor Roberts will lie in repose at the auditorium from 9 a.m. until the hour of service.

Visitation will be Friday, Oct. 2, 2020, at C J Williams Mortuary Services from 1 to 7 p.m. with family present from 6 to 7 p.m.

Pastor Roberts was the First Lady and co-founder of Behold I Will Do A New Thing Ministries with her husband Johnny “Waco ‘’ Roberts in Arlington, Texas. The ministry was to house men and women who were bound and to teach them the Word of God. She leaves to cherish her golden memories her daughter, Kqueariston (Terrell) Nunley; her son, Ja’Harvey Benwau Caples; four brothers, Michael Caples, Timothy (Gail) Caples, Rodney Caples and Patrick Caples; four sisters, Pamela (Joseph) Spicer, Patricia (Simon) Mitchell, Catherine ( Simmie) Brooks and Janey (Michael) Robinson; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Pastor Barbara Caples Roberts transitioned in Arlington, Texas at the age of 59.
