The Flashes earned a tie against another Catholic school rival earlier in the week, playing to a 1-1 draw with Madison-St. Joseph. Tucker made 10 saves, while McCain scored the Flashes’ goal off an assist from Sam Hall.

St. Al will be back in action Monday, when it plays Bayou Academy in its MAIS Division II West district opener. The game will begin at 5:30 p.m. at Farrell Stadium/Balzli Field.
