Tallulah Academy football player Gage Palmer was named to the All-MAIS Class 1A team.

Palmer had 796 total yards and 10 touchdowns on offense. He rushed for 398 yards and five touchdowns, and caught 20 passes for 398 yards and five TDs. On defense, he had 56 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and two interceptions on defense to help the Trojans finish with a 9-4 record as they reached the second round of the Class 1A playoffs.
