St. Aloysius’ boys’ soccer team had a good return to the pitch on Saturday.

Dalton Windham scored a total of three goals as the Flashes beat Washington School 1-0 and tied Manchester Academy 2-2 in a tournament at Sports Force Parks.

Windham scored the only goal against Washington, off an assist from John Ellis Montgomery.

In the tie against Manchester, Windham scored once on his own and again off an assist from Corbin Burroughs.

St. Al (4-3-2) played its first game since mid-December following a long break for the holidays. It will have another long wait to play again, with its next game on Jan. 15 at home against Adams County Christian School.
