Warren Central sprinter Dwight Palmer won the boys’ 200 meter dash, and finished second in the 100 meters, at the Brookhaven Speed Trials track meet on March 1. The sophomore had a time of 22.89 seconds in the 200 meters and 11.26 seconds in the 100.
