The Mississippi Bombers 11U baseball team won a tournament in Monroe, Louisiana, on Saturday. The Bombers had a perfect 4-0 record to improve their overall season record to 17-7. This tournament championship earned the Bombers a free entry to a World Series tournament in Panama City Beach, Florida, in 2025.

C.J. Smith was the team’s weekend MVP after hitting two home runs.

Team members are Dax Haas, Cooper Chamblee, Nash Burney, Cooper Alexander, Shandell Lockridge, C.J. Smith, Mason Truly, Caleb Moore, Layne Grady and Camden Towne. The team’s coaches are Robert Burney, Quenton Truly and Dustin Chamblee.
