The Miss Mississippi competition week got underway in Vicksburg Monday evening with the annual parade through downtown followed by an autograph party at The Mulberry.
All 39 delegates waved to the crowd as they made their ways down Washington Street, as did their accompanying Miss Mississippi Magnolias.
The party continues as the week inches closer to Wednesday night’s first preliminary round with a second autograph party Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Kirk Chevrolet.
