Vicksburg YMCA Cannonballs swimmer Yadier Cruz won won the boys’ 7-8-year-olds’ 25 yard freestyle in 19.50 seconds, and the 25 backstroke in 24.29 seconds, at a meet in Jackson on Thursday.
