Graveside services for Carolyn Ann Miller are to be held Thursday, Oct. 3, in the Cedar Hill Cemetery at 11 a.m with the Rev. Johnny Williams officiating and under the direction of W. H. Jefferson Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, Oct. 2, in the funeral home from 5 to 6 p.m.

Carolyn Miller, a Vicksburg native, passed away Saturday, Sept. 21, at the Veterans Nursing Home in Kosciusko, Miss. following a brief illness. She was 77. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for the state of Maryland and was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ernestine Miller Sr.; her brother, Authur Miller Jr.; and her sister, Betty Miller Jones.
