Ms. Eunice K. Sims passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24, at Shady Lawn Nursing Home. She was 78.

Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 4, at Triumphant Church, 224 R.L. Chase Dr., with the Rev. Dexter Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Lakeview Memorial Funeral Home Thursday, Oct. 3, from 1 to 6 p.m. with family present from 5 to 6 p.m. and at Triumphant Baptist Church on Friday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. until the hour of the service.
