Forbes Grogan, right, was recently presented a 25 year Legion of Honor award from the Vicksburg Kiwanis Club. Club President David Blackledge, Forbes’ uncle, presented the award.
The Legion of Honor is first presented to members with 25 years of service, and then is presented again every five years.
